There are five (5) ports of entry in St. Lucia which are all located on the leeward side of the island. From north to south along the west coast they are: Rodney Bay, Port Castries, Marigot Bay, Soufriere and Vieux Fort.

Normal business hours for Customs are 0800 hrs-1200 hrs, 1300 hrs -1800 hrs Mon-Fri; an officer may be available on overtime up to 1800hrs on Fridays as determined by the authorities.  

Weekday overtime, Saturday, Sunday and public holiday duty beyond 1630 hrs incur a clearance fee of EC$10.00, plus a minimum of 3 hours at the hourly rate of the duty officer. The Clearance fee is EC$15.00 on Sundays, plus the minimum 3 hours.

Immigration, Customs and Port Authority are stationed in the same office.  

SLASPA’s charges are as per the attached schedule. The passenger charge is EC$15.00 per head. An annual Occasional License is available at $300.00.  Telephone contacts:
